Chapter 1. General Provisions These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between K’K Seoul Clinic (“the Clinic”) and users (“Users”) in connection with the use of the Clinic’s official website (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Article 1. Purpose The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions, procedures, and rules for using the online services (including information provision, reservations, and consultations) offered by K’R Seoul Clinic, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Clinic and Users. Article 2. Definitions “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms, including both Members and Non-Members. “Member” refers to an individual who provides personal information and registers an account on the Site, thereby gaining continuous access to the Clinic’s services. “Non-Member” refers to an individual who uses the Clinic’s services without registering as a Member. “Services” refers to all online services made available by the Clinic through the Site. Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site. The Clinic may amend these Terms when required by relevant laws or for operational reasons. Any revised Terms become effective upon being posted on the Site. Users have a responsibility to review the Terms regularly, and continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Article 4. Provision and Modification of Services The Clinic provides the following services through the Site: - Information regarding the Clinic and its medical staff - Online appointment and consultation requests - Notices regarding events and promotions - Any additional services designated by the Clinic The Clinic may modify the content or method of providing services when necessary and will announce such changes in advance whenever possible. Article 5. Service Interruption The Clinic may temporarily suspend services due to system inspections, replacement, breakdowns, or communication failures.In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, services may be suspended without prior notice. Article 6. Membership Registration Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form provided by the Clinic. The Clinic may refuse membership registration in the following cases: - Use of another person’s identity or submission of false information - Registration for purposes contrary to public order or good morals - Any other circumstance deemed inappropriate by the Clinic Article 7. User Obligations Members shall not engage in the following: - Using another person’s information or submitting false information - Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content on the Site - Infringing upon the rights of third parties, including copyrights - Engaging in acts that violate public order, relevant laws, or these Terms - Sharing or transferring account information to third parties Article 8. Clinic Obligations The Clinic shall make reasonable efforts to provide stable and continuous services in accordance with relevant laws and these Terms. The Clinic shall implement a Privacy Policy to protect Users’ personal information and ensure safe use of the Site. The Clinic shall make reasonable efforts to promptly address User complaints or inquiries. Article 9. Personal Data Protection The Clinic protects Users’ personal information in accordance with relevant laws. Details regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by the Clinic’s Privacy Policy. Article 10. Copyright and Management of Posted Content All content posted on the Site (including text, images, and video materials) is the property of the Clinic and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization. User-generated posts or comments may be removed without prior notice if they violate laws, public order, or the Clinic’s policies. Article 11. Restrictions on Use and Termination of Service The Clinic may restrict service use or revoke membership if a User violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Site. Article 12. Disclaimer The Clinic is not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure events. The Clinic is not liable for any damage resulting from a User’s negligence, including information leakage or data loss. The Clinic does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information posted on the Site. Medical decisions should always be made through consultation with a licensed medical professional. Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic. Supplementary Provision These Terms take effect on November 1, 2025.
